1.    Balance your life with good nutrition, regular exercise & massage
        to increase energy, reduce stress and gain control of your life.

2.    Plan Ahead!  Keep a food & exercise diary, writing everything down.

3.    Eat 5-6 meals a day & don’t skip breakfast to control cravings and keep your
        blood sugar level balanced. 

4.
