10 Simple Steps to Get Balanced, Healthy & Fit


1.    Balance your life with good nutrition, regular exercise & massage
        to increase energy, reduce stress and gain control of your life.

2.    Plan Ahead!  Keep a food & exercise diary, writing everything down.

3.    Eat 5-6 meals a day & don’t skip breakfast to control cravings and keep your
        blood sugar level balanced. 

4.    Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated & flush out toxins.

5.    Eat fiber rich foods from fresh fruits, vegetables & complex carbohydrates.

6.    Eat more Omega-3 fatty acids from fish, fish oils or flax-seed oil.

7.    Buy organic whenever possible & read the nutritional label carefully
        before purchasing.

8.    Exercise 3-5 days per week for 30 minutes to increase your metabolism,
        reduce body fat & reverse aging or health related risks.

9.    Follow a regular sleeping pattern.
