Nu Balance's "30 day" Cleanse - Clean out the Refrigerator & Cupboards!
- Get Rid of all Processed or Prepackaged Foods
- Eliminate All Sugars/Saturated Fats(Trans Fats) & Salts from your diet
- No Caffeinated Drinks
- No Alcohol or Wine
- No Sugar Substitutes - if possible
- No Products w/High Fructose Corn Syrup
- No Products w/MSG(mono sodium glutamate)
- No Partially Hydrogenated Foods
- No Eating out - if possible
- Eat only Fresh or Frozen
